Return & Refund Policy

At Fluffies Atelier, operated by Patel Hinal Jyotindra, we take pride in the quality of our handmade crochet products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
• The item must not be a customised/personalised order (custom orders are non-returnable unless damaged or defective).

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Customised or made-to-order products.
• Items returned after the 14-day window.
• Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Refund Mode

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 7–10 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
