As many of our products are handmade and custom-crafted, processing times may vary depending on the complexity of your order.

Processing Time

Ready-made products are typically processed within 1-5 business days.

Custom and personalized products may require 7-8 business days or longer depending on design requirements.

Processing times do not include shipping transit times.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Domestic Orders (India)

Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days

International Orders

Standard International Shipping: 7-30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

FLUFFIES ATELIER is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

FLUFFIES ATELIER is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers

Customs clearance

Weather conditions

Natural disasters

Public holidays

Other circumstances beyond our control

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Order number

Clear photographs of the packaging

Clear photographs of the damaged item

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
