All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and quality check before dispatch.

2. Shipping Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on the weight and type of product:

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your shipment.

6. Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs at fluffiesatelier.21@gmail.com or +91 8511275758.

8. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

• COD is available across India for eligible pincodes.
• Please keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.
• COD orders may require confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call before processing begins.
• We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if confirmation is not received within 24 hours of order placement.
